Dr. Melissa Nelson, Director of The Healing Center is a chiropractic physician and an ordained minister. She graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri in 1979.  She is celebrating 33 years of practice with the opening of The Healing Center.Dr. Nelson strongly advocates the teachings of Thomas Edison who once said, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
